• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Opened health and beauty products.
• Perishable goods.
• Items marked as "Final Sale".
• Gift cards and downloadable products (if applicable).

REFUNDS

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
